
YOU ARE NOT ALONE!
It may feel like you are alone, but you are not! Trust me, we are all feeling the weight of our own world on our shoulders right now! In this very moment, someone you have yet to meet.. feels the exact same way you feel right now! It's mind blowing right?! So what to do? How do we stop feeling shitty?!

We take the first step and acknowledge that we are not okay.

We take the proper steps needed to get back on the right track mentally.

We have to commit to the process in order for it to work.

We remind ourselves, that there is no time limit on our healing process because everyone is wired differently.

We pull up our sleeves and get ready to get down and dirty!

Know that it's going to take a lot of scrubbing, sweat, and tears to rewire our mental.

We have to learn how to get comfortable with being uncomfortable during this process/during our healing journey. (It's called a journey for a reason because it will definitely not happen over night..trust! In all reality, what great things do though? But you will feel stronger than the day prior each day that you stick with it!)

We have to understand and make peace with the fact that during this process, it's going to feel heavy at first, but it will eventually get easier!

We understand that there will be days when we want to quit, but we know that we cannot afford to!

We remind ourselves that tough times don't last, tough people do!

We replace negative thoughts with a positive affirmation!

We reach out for help and build a positive support group to aid us through this journey! (Notice I said Aid because no one can do it for you, but having people cheer you on is definitely needed!)

I promise you that in time you will come out stronger, wiser, and overall better than before! You are not weak for feeling how you feel! It's normal emotions. We all have set backs and bad days, but what you do after the set back or after the bad day, is what matters! YOU got this! YOU matter! YOU are worthy! YOU are imperfectly perfect! YOU are beautiful both inside and out! YOU will overcome all this!
Self care is the best health care..its not selfish but essential.
